What Is The "Referred By" Field On The Sign Up Form?
The "referred by" field is a module in our system which allows us to identify the affiliate that directed you to our website. Our affiliates receive monetary credit for each person who signs up for our advertising program. The referral system helps to protect the affiliate's monetary interest to ensure that they receive credit for their efforts. The system will not allow a person to sign up for the program unless the referred by field contains the proper ID name of the affiliate who sent you to our website.

Your advertisements will be distributed evenly throughout our network which includes our video software programs. We display your daily total over the course of 24 hours. You will be able to monitor how your ads are doing via the control panel.
Can I run my campaign ad for less then 30 days?
No. Our advertising format is based on a 30 day cycle subscription module. All sales are final in most cases and no refunds will be forthcoming. However, you can terminate your 30 day advertising subscription plan, but your ad will continue to run until the advertisement has completed its monthly cycle unless directed by you to stop running the ad. How do I know that my advertisement is currently displaying?
When you purchase your advertisement, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed. You will then be redirected after your purchase to the page where you may create your advertisement. After you have finished creating your ad, you will simply submit your ad to us for review. You should receive an email that your ad has been approved. Your banner ad will be placed in rotation throughout our blog and software network. During your campaign, you can track the status of your ads along with the number of clicks and impressions you have received, by going to your control panel. You will receive a cancellation notice from us via email if you choose to cancel your subscription.
Why don't I see my advertisements displaying anymore?
If you have purchased an advertisement to display you can check on its status by going to your control panel. You may not be seeing it on our advertising network, but don't worry, it's still displaying for other visitors. Your ad is being distributed on a co-op advertising network. Your ad is in rotation with other advertisers. We want to distribute your advertisement to lots of people, not just you. Again, please check your stats to monitor your results. If there is a problem with your ad not displaying please contact us.
Can I change my advertisement once I've purchased it?
No. Make sure that your ad is correct on the confirmation page before you purchase it.
How much does is cost to advertise throughout your network?
Your subscription cost is only $29.95 per month for each advertisement display throughout our network.
What is your refund policy?
Our advertising policy is that we do not give refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, if we took down your advertisement because it was offensive, if we took down your advertisement because you asked us to, or if the site was down for some or all of the time that your advertisement was supposed to run. If you are not happy with our service you can simply cancel your subscription.

We filter advertisements for explicit language, and also reserve the right to remove any ad we find, in our judgment, to be threatening, offensive, obscene, or inappropriate for any other reason. Any photo you upload to your advertisement is subject to this criteria as well. Complaints from our readers and visitors will be taken very seriously. Please review our terms and conditions.
What kinds of pictures or photos can I upload?
You can upload any picture or photo that is .gif, .jpg, or .png with less than 3 MB in size. However, you may not upload offensive, pornographic, or copyrighted materials. We take content complaints very seriously and if your advertisement is reported we reserve the right to take it down without a refund upon investigation. All ads and photos are reviewed by our ad dept. before the final approval.

Here are a few things you can try. Take a small break and try again within a few minutes. It is possible that you may have tried to upload at a time when your connection to the site was a little slow. Check to be sure that you are uploading a supported file type. Your photo or picture has to be a .gif, .jpg, or .png file. Also you may want to check the file size. The maximum size for advertisements is 3 MB. If this does not help, contact us.
Will my link display in my advertisement?
If you enter a link for your advertisement, it will link to that website. But keep in mind, this URL will not actually be displayed on the advertisement. However, if you prefer to display this link, just include it in the advertisement text body.

We will replace digital products which were somehow lost or corrupted during the electronic delivery process after our research department investigate the problem.
